Julia Metzger is a German concept artist and illustrator based in Hamburg, working across video games and tabletop role-playing games. With a BA in Intermedia Design, she creates concepts, finalized 2D game assets, and illustrations for both digital and print projects. Her clients include Ulisses Spiele, Uhrwerk Verlag, FanPRO, The Mythic Gazetteer, Kobold Press, and major studios such as Goodgame Studios and Daedalic Entertainment. She gained in-house experience as a concept artist and animator on titles like The Dark Eye – Memoria, Goodbye Deponia, and the match-3 game A Little Lost, and has been freelancing since 2016. She works in both German and English and continues to contribute to a wide range of fantasy and narrative-driven projects.
