Raluca Marinescu is a Romanian illustrator specializing in fantasy art for tabletop and entertainment media. Since 2020 she has been a regular contributor to Magic: The Gathering and Dungeons & Dragons as a freelance illustrator for Wizards of the Coast. Her broader freelance career began in 2013 and includes work for Cryptozoic Entertainment and numerous independent clients. She also spent nearly five years with VOLTA, serving first as an illustrator and later as Lead Artist. Known for her detailed digital characters and creatures, Raluca’s work blends strong design, mood, and storytelling across card art, publishing, and game development.
