Bruce R. Cordell is an award-winning RPG designer and novelist, currently a Senior Game Designer at Monte Cook Games. He has written over a hundred products for the Cypher System, including Numenera, The Strange, and Gods of the Fall. Before joining MCG, he spent 18 years at Wizards of the Coast writing iconic Dungeons & Dragons adventures across four editions, such as Return to the Tomb of Horrors, The Sunless Citadel, and Expedition to Castle Ravenloft. He’s also the author of multiple novels, including the Forgotten Realms trilogies and Myth of the Maker. His specialties include narrative design, worldbuilding, and RPG systems.
