Ralph Horsley is a British fantasy illustrator whose career began in 1984 with a published drawing for Imagine magazine. A lifelong fan of Dungeons & Dragons and Tolkien, he has gone on to work with major game companies including Wizards of the Coast, Games Workshop, Blizzard, Paizo, Fantasy Flight Games, and Upper Deck. His work appears in D&D core books, across every edition of Warhammer Fantasy Role-Play, and on more than 100 Magic: The Gathering cards. Horsley works primarily in traditional oils and acrylics and published a career retrospective, An Art Adventure, in 2021. He lives in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
