Calder Moore

Calder Moore is a Canadian 2D/3D artist from British Columbia with a decade of experience in animation and game development before moving into full-time freelance work. Over the years he has created illustrations and design work for major clients including Google, Wizards of the Coast, the Royal Canadian Mint, and a wide range of indie studios. His freelance portfolio includes Magic: The Gathering card art, collectible coin designs minted in gold and silver, and artwork for several board games.

Moore specializes in epic sci-fi and fantasy landscapes, working across multiple styles and workflows. He creates vibrant, cinematic scenes using Arnold, moody natural environments with Octane, and painterly illustrations in Photoshop that draw on traditional oil-painting techniques.
