Aaron Forsythe

Aaron Forsythe is the Vice President of Design at Wizards of the Coast and one of the key creative leaders behind Magic: The Gathering. He joined WotC in 2000, moving from editor to R&D designer, then Director of R&D, and finally head of Magic design. He has worked on dozens of major sets, including Ravnica, Time Spiral, Lorwyn, Dominaria, and Modern Horizons.
Before WotC, he was a professional Magic player with two Pro Tour Top 8 finishes and a World Team Championship title in 2000. He holds a chemistry degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
