Jesper Ejsing

Jesper Ejsing is a Danish fantasy illustrator born in 1973, who first discovered the genre through Tolkien and Dungeons & Dragons on Christmas Day 1986—an experience that set his lifelong goal to become a fantasy artist. After studying Danish literature and Art History, he left university to work as a freelance illustrator, gradually focusing entirely on fantasy and eventually working for Dungeons & Dragons some twenty years after setting that goal. He lives in Copenhagen with his wife and two sons and has also written several books, including “Jarvis – the Sorcerer’s Apprentice.”
