Helge C. Balzer
Helge C. Balzer is a German freelance illustrator, concept artist, and art director known for his dark fantasy artwork. Trained in concept art, 3D animation, and VFX at the Hochschule für Film und Fernsehen Konrad Wolf in Potsdam-Babelsberg, he began his career creating short films and working in storyboards, matte painting, sculpting, and animation. He later contributed as a concept artist to numerous international game productions. Today he works independently, offering illustration and concept art services for the entertainment industry while continuing to develop his own dark, atmospheric visual worlds.
