Siera Bruggeman is a creative leader and Producer for Dungeons & Dragons at Wizards of the Coast, where she supports the D&D art and creative teams and helps guide products from roadmap to release. With over eleven years of experience in game development, marketing, and creative operations, she specializes in building scalable processes, managing cross-functional teams, and aligning creative vision with business goals. Outside Wizards, she has founded and run Autumn Moon Studio and remains active in music and arts communities as a mentor and collaborator.
